Buying in to The System
« on: October 25, 2015, 12:18:12 AM »
Here's one of the things "Bazooka" Joe had to say post game:

We have to pull together we can’t be pointing fingers. We have guys that are not going to give up, they are tough guys, and we need to buy into Coach Snyder’s system.

"We" need to buy in, says the QB? "We?" If Joe hasn't bought in, we're in big trouble.

not what he is saying at all
sounds like locker room issues with players saying 'run the rough ridin' ball'

When the team has a players only meeting, it usually a sign there is discontent with the coaching staff.  This happened with KU the year they ran off the Fatman.  This not good and may see changes by the end of the season.  If we can't beat the weak four, then something will happen for sure.

I agree that this team is in a very dangerous place. By that I mean dangerous enough for the wheels to fall off and go win-less the rest of the way if they don't get it figured out.

It will always be called Bill's system by the players, even though its more Hayes' system and Dimel's system than anything.

We need to start the Baylor game with 15 straight run plays. After play 15, see how it's going and then consider mixing in a pass depending on which QB is not injured by that point.

Why does Dimel always get all the blame/credit when he is Co-Coordinators with Del Miller?  Del Miller, IIRC, is the passing game coordinator and qb coach, he's also the dumbass that ran off Sams.

Its true that Miller still has a part, but my understanding is that its much more Dimel's offense than Miller's.

so why do we pay Del Miller so much to do essentially nothing except be really racist?  that's a question for anyone really.
