Does Snyder Have a 4-year Plan? (and other attempts to rationalize this year)

Here is just a theory of mine I have come up with trying to rationalize why we have blown two consecutive first-half leads: What if Snyder has decided he's going to try building to one last natty run before retiring? What if the offense we are running right now is actually designed for Delton and he's just trying to get all the young guns (whether currently starting or not) accustomed to it?

I read something about 9/11, and why there are so many truthers in the world.  They related it to the similar number of people who thought that Lee Harvey Oswald must have been part of a grander conspiracy to assassinate Kennedy. Its not that any of these events were true, or that there was some predisposition for certain people to believe conspiracy theories.   It was because it was comforting.  The idea that a storm could hit at any moment that no one is prepared for is terrifying.  A world where there are bad things happening because of some sinister cabal pulling the strings is actually more comforting than dealling with reality that crazy assholes did those terrible things. 

Bill tried to win both games and we mumped it up bad, real bad.  The adjustments we make at half didn't work like they usually do.  Be that our increasingly elderly and nepotistic staff not making good adjustments, or our five hearts not executing's responsibility, thats just what happened.

Ok, maybe a little more explanation.  This is not a theory for why we specifically blew those games. 

However, there does seem to be a lot of youth at the skill positions which is a huge factor in being able to close out games.  I'm wondering if we are starting to put less of a premium on experience in order to build these guys up over the next few years.  We are looking to have a QB/RB/WR corps (plus center and maybe a few OL positions) that will be playing together for 3 years.  Defense could be shaping up similarly.

The inability to close out games had little to nothing with any perceived skill position youth. Let's address the staff experience.
