CHIngon's Power PErformance Rankings (ChiPPeR) 2015

While teams outside of the P5 (+ND and BYU) are used to calculate the rankings, they are insignificant when it comes to a real ranking.  Thus they are gone!  Only 66 teams get ranked.

As opposed to the last few years, these aren't necessarily predictive but more so a ranking based on performance against one's schedule.

adj off = how many more (or less) points you score per drive relative to the schedule so far
adj def = how mnay more (or less) points your defense allows per drive relative to the schedule so far

For example, KSU scored (on average) 0.79 points more per drive than other opponents of UTSA, La Tech, Ok St, and TCU did.

Likewise KSU allowed (on average) 0.31 points less per drive than other opponents of UTSA, La Tech, Ok St, and TCU did.
