The man said "even if we're closed, call me. I can be open in 30 minutes (it takes 20 minutes to heat up the oil)". Seemed like a very nice guy. I wish there had been more seasoning on the catfish, but it was still very good. Do not have food poisoning yet.

Also, the name of the restaurant is "catfish-n-stuff", for future reference.
