Are they going to spend the rest of the season apart and trying to get to each other? Did you guys know that there are only 6 episodes this season?

I think them being apart will be the crux of it. As things get crazy we will see how increasingly difficult it gets to find loved ones without the help of technology.

Often networks only order a short run of a new show to see if the public is into it to cut down cost. Besides, I think that that sets it up to end the week before the original series comes back on.

Isn't that how TWD works too?  They do like a fall and spring 1/2 season.

TWD had only 6 episodes in the first season, but I'm not sure about other seasons. I only watched 2 episodes and couldn't really get into it enough to binge watch and catch up.

Well the first two episodes that I watched were boring as crap, from what I remember. It was a while ago though.

Because Madison is trying to protect her daughter from the knowledge of what is going on for as long as she can, and also how do you explain to your daughter that there is some sort of something that is causing people to be invincible but you really don't know what it is or how it is caused or when people will turn into these things that you have no word for....?

The last episode really did suck. I agree with Limestone.  Last week was solid, though.

I really hope they don't bog the whole thing down with stupid "injustice of our own military" type stuff.
