Our wide outs!

We will have almost zero big play capability this year.  QB - nope, WR - nope, RB - nope.  Long, methodical drives are our best case scenario obviously, but you need a big play or 2 every game in this league to win. #HFBIQpostimo

I think we have some big play running ability at QB I just don't know if Bill is ready to put it on the field yet. I think that group of WRs would be good at blocking probably (basing this off of nothing).

Did they even try working anybody over from the defense to WR?  I can't believe we don't have any better options anywhere on the roster

You're not going to be able to plug a guy in from the defense and have him be a better option than the WR's.

Did we have big play abilities on offense with Klein?  Seems to me it was a 4-yards every play type of offense.  Maybe this will give us less 3-and-outs?  Milk the clock, let our defense stay rested and dominant.  Long scoring drives, etc.

This is exactly why we need Banks or Delton at qb for their mobility. Even if Ertz is the next Jake Waters he has no one to throw it to...

a mobile qb isn't gonna mean crap if we don't have any threat of passing.  at least Klein had Harper/Lockett/TT.  Defenses would just stack the box if the receivers are as bad as everyone thinks (I'm guessing they are not and they will be fine).

I think Ertz will end up being a better QB than Waters. That's probably just my heart talking, though.

this offense's lack of talent is only rivaled by its lack of identity,  every season in Snyder 2.0 has had a pretty established identity
09 & 10 - DT's badassery
11 & 12 - CK's 3 yards a and conversion on 4th and short
13 & 14 - TLBL being uncoverable

I would like to think the fake qb draw pass to Gronk for a TD will be our thing this year but prolly not

The 3 and out followed by a defensive turnover that sets us up in great field position only to settle for a long fg identity?

it's kinda hard to have an identity without having played a game but great point otherwise

pfffft

problem solved guys, we have a white beasley

I watched the 2000 Nebraska game last night and it was amazing how unsophisticated our passing game was back then. We either threw screens, shallow slants, or bombs. It was like jumping into a time machine to 1961.
