The dude is a political idiot savant. He hasn't answered a question in over a decade. He's like a chatty-cathy doll, takes the question, rips the chord, and out spews his partisan rhetoric.
He's also a sociopath, a narcissist, and pathological liar. He blatantly lies (i.e. the Republicans wouldn't allow regulation link, when he was the f*cking chair of the banking committee the dems had power) but whenever he gets called out on it, he starts shouting and demanding "let me finish", and if the interviewer insists he just ends the interview. Nothing is ever his fault and he truly believes this.
He also ran a gay brothel out of his apartment and got away with it.
The fact that he gets elected every two years is a political miracle, and more evidence of his idiot savantness.
