Tuggle started for BC and is now starting for one of the best juco programs in the nation. (And he's the #2 dual threat QB in the country.). Sams is a great athlete that splits snaps with a kid with like zero good offers, in high school. If you think you have 2 QBs, you actually have none. Dude may be a solid QB in a few years but he is way too raw to come in and start from day one. We would still give Sams a chance @ QB but when he is beat out we give him a chance to see the field at another position. I don't see him beating out Brod, Harper, Thompson, Pease, Kennard, etc at WR next year but could likely start in our secondary though. Figure we have Burns and Zimmerman @ safety, maybe Sams is the 3rd safety/hybrid LB we need?
