Does anyone want to put forth any information that is useful to the topic?

Does anyone want to actually talk about the schedule this year or are we just going to make fun of the post? Let's make the board interesting and actually talk about something that is beneficial for all of us. As for the first two games I think they will be close because we will probably have a new quarterback learning the offense which could lead to a situation like 2010 was it when we played eastern Kentucky and barley got by. Then for the UTSA game, it is our first road game and we are usually a little shaky. Let's go back to when we lost to ULL... So, let me ask the question again.. Does anyone want to put forth any information that is useful to the topic?

My sources (D+) indicate that its gonna take one helluva Brian Kavanaugh-esque year from the Hubes to get this cats team to 22's predicto.
Free edge up to defensive starters when opponents held under 10.

If we win 10 games this year, we will have over-achieved.  We should have one of the better defenses in the conference, but without a good running game and playmakers at wide receiver, the offense will have to depend on the arm and legs of the QB.  I just don't see Hubener and Ertz doing much unless there is drastic improvement during the off season.  Even if Delton does not get red shirted, I will be surprised if he can make an immediate impact at this level  That means we have to depend on Banks to come in and immediately make an impact.  I see us winning our first 3 and potentially going 1-4 or worse 0-5 to start conference play then finishing 4-0 and winning our bowl game.  8-5 or 9-4 at best.

However the first 9 games go, it will be very comforting we have 3 slam dunks to cleanse the palate and polish the Snyder statue to close things out.

Under no circumstance will a 12-0 B12 team not get one of the 4 play-in spots.  BUT, lol.  We're not winning 12 this year.

8-4 and playing some pud ACC school in the Russell Athletic Bowl with a W going 9-4 will feel alright, especially knowing that next year is going to be pretty studly.

We'll beat the shitty teams and lose to the decent teams, as we have every game since losing to that D-2 school.
