The point is that by saying you can't have or fly a confederate flag, you're essentially letting a small group of butthurt people take a giant crap on your constitutional rights and history of how the United States became the United States.

My point is that if you want to fly the flag go ahead. Just because a couple of people are offended by it, so what, it's a free country. If you think it's racist, then so be it. I am not racist, but fully believe that it's a major point in our history that some wackos are trying to erase.
Seems to me that Shellshock is trying to infringe on Amazon's, Walmart's, and others basic right to sell what they want. 
We should pass a law in KS to make it illegal to make it illegal to ban any flags. Then, just like Sharia Law, we won't have to worry about it.
I fully believe in a capitalist society. You can sell whatever you want, for whatever price you want to. That being said, it doesn't mean that I (or others) will choose to buy it. I want everyone to have equal basic rights as granted to us by the constitution.
