Kansas City is a tough place to find the limited releases, because everyone and their mom freaks out every time they hit stores. It's frustrating.

I couldn't give 2 fucks about Blvd. Except maybe when they have a fancy young professionals happy hour at their brewery and its all you can drink and I try and gas pump about 40 pints down my face in 2 hours.

I called around to a few places and nothing. I've had the chocalote ale before and I thought it was decent.

Fun fact: It's super easy to find boulevard smokestacks in manhattan (not the chocolate ale though, mhk hardly gets any). It usually takes a month or more to sell out of Saison Brett, Rye on Rye and BBQ.

Plenty of Chocolate Ale in Topeka. bought 3 because my wife needed a pick-me-up this week, and she liked it when she had it a couple years ago. I'm pretty meh about it.

I went to the liquor store today at 1 and there were 20 people waiting for the chocolate ale to go on sale at 2. Had a glass tonight at a friends house and it is just not worth it. I have no idea what the store was charging.
