i hated waters because i knew that he was incapable of ever winning the big game and that kstate was not going to win a big12 championship with him as our qb.

The reason I brought it up is because people are shitting on ertz like they did to waters before he's even played, and its partially because he's a white boy from Iowa, which is total crap. Waters was very talented, Lockett wouldn't have broken records without him. Sorry for having an independent opinion, carry on with your group think.

There's plenty of fine reasons to hate Watertz*, including being a white iowan.  As Ron Prince once said about victories, I'll never begrudge a reason.

I wasn't hating. I was only pointing out that some people claim that TLBL would not have had the numbers he had with Jake. Those same people seem to miss the possibility that Jake would have never had the numbers he had without TLBL. He was also pretty Iowaee, but that has been covered extensively. Good or bad.
