Got tickets to Nate Bargatze in Wichita Oct 19th, anyone else PAK'n?
no plans to as we just went to the nashville show but that might change
Haven’t seen him live but just wanted to chime in he’s probably my favorite current stand up comedian on the circuit.

Saw the Bert Kreischer tour last night, pretty funny. He always appears drunk and or stoned, and laughs a lot.

I believe there were 8 comedians in total, some better than others. There was a lot of abortion/trans/pub jokes, which obviously was a little weird in OKC.

Segura's new special made me laugh lots and lots. And I think Silverman's new special is just straight up brilliant.

Segura special was v good. i wasn't familiar with him prior to watching.

I thought I didn't recognize him, even though I recognized the name. But then I realized he just used to be super fat and lost a bunch of weight.

House projects and 3 hour podcasts are my current sitch. Usually circle back to them a day or two later when I don't finish if they are interesting enough.

I've enjoyed him for a while, he's got some great clips on youtube I watch fairly regularly.

For his new special it was pretty good, though his best joke was cut out and put on youtube (the ted cruz one)

Shorter dude with really long hair.  I forgot you were going or I would've looked for you.

All the comedians I've seen before were in pretty large venues like the Midland or Uptown.  It's a totally different experience watching someone crush in a smaller room.

Yes! I'm going to his special taping in Brooklyn in a couple weeks.

We went last night. It was one of the strangest, funniest things I’ve ever seen. Was his special in Brooklyn an hour?

I don’t know that he did 30 minutes of material last night, but he went for 75 minutes. He did a good 20 minutes on Tulsa, the events of the day & interacting with the crowd. He played in Cain’s Ballroom, which has a BBQ place attached. He came out talking about how he watched another comedian eat BBQ before the show, then they blew up the green room bathroom so he had to pee in the alley. He seemed to genuinely think it was hilarious, but it could be a piece he does in at every show. I have no idea. He just seemed to get knocked off his rhythm by his amusement at what was going on with the bathroom & the crowd work feedback, winged it & had a great time.
