Pizza night, been waiting almost a year to use my Primo again. New table but same ol’ bullshit.
Smoked pork belly bánh mì pizza. Cilantro aioli for sauce, fontina cheese, pork belly, carrots, cucumber cilantro.
Spicy soppressata, mushroom, bell pepper, and black truffle honey on classic red with mozzarella.
Whipped goat cheese sumac, rosemary, thyme, and lemon juice on some EVOO & Za’atar brushed dough. Topped with simple dressed baby arugula, roasted chick peas, roasted white clamshell mushrooms, Calabrian chilis, and black truffle honey.
