I'm not saying I'm good but being a smartass who acts very insider'y doesn't make you a good poster.

Warmack might be returning kicks next week.  :Lurk:

He's not better than Jones and Silmon

People are fuggin high if they think that Warmack isn't better than Charles Jones. Lord...Our fans should call plays while they're at it.

I could get on board with this. I mean it couldn't be any worse. At least when the play calling is crap it's not by someone getting paid six figure salaries to suck complete ass.

Winters and I talked about this during OU's ass-kicking. We came to the conclusion we'd be splendid co-offensive coordinators.

my sentiment exactly. we recruit little talent and what talent we do recruit we have a pattern of rough ridin' around with until that guy sucks, gets hurt, or leaves.

Let me set this up:
In order for the fans to call the plays, each fan would have to pass a test or have some other credentials. Perhaps we could start with a 3rd grade math test or you attended one of Ron Prince's camps for moms.
Then, all qualified fans would get a voting button. Winters and ThatGuy would send out 3 plays to choose from for each down and all voters would have 5 seconds to vote. Then the play with the highest number of votes would be the play for that down. No audibles.
Really, that is pretty simple. I would go for that.

I would rather a computer call the plays. It would also analyze all the film and create probabilities of every play working against a given team's defensive formation. Chingon could lead the project.

After years and years of reading this board, finally a truly excellent idea.  Could take picture of defensive formation and spit out the optimal play in .5 seconds.  Seriously, this is the future of football.  Whoever designs this program will make buckets of cash.  I might try to get a patent on it.  All proceeds to KSU, of course.

He looked good. Plenty of speed to make an impact.

I hope he gets a lot of action next year. He needs to factor into what we do.

it's really good that he got a lot of playing time this year. Really pumped that Charles Jones has one more year of stealing production and experience away from Warmack and Silmon.
