So the ones that I ordered were too small.  I've returned them and I am headed to Chilton's to see what they have.  If I can't find something that will work, I will see if I can find some plastic plugs that I can drill and tap for a custom fit.

Don't put in too much effort on it.  I'm pretty sure it's going to take finding a place that sells that table, and then getting with that manufacturer.  I've bought a few different feet that I thought might fit and they weren't even close.  Right now I've got some rubber feet that the entirety of the female part goes inside of (so, lesbians?).

If you find yourself out by that Kansas Sampler on Rock Road, see if they've got the tables in there.  I think I remember seeing a #WatchUsPlease one in there a while back.
