canned tuna is pretty grizoss

i can't think of two things farther apart on the grizzos to delish scale than canned tuna and fresh tuna.  If we haven't had this thread we should.

To keep from snacking eat lotsa fat and minimal carbs.   Too many carbs trigger elevated sugar levels and in turn elevated cravings for more.   A high fat diet will keep u satiated throughout the day.
