This is supposed to be chicken Alfredo, but I blew up the sauce in the microwave and it reduced my sauce intake. Ack: whole wheat noodles

That's costco chicken that I made last night on the stove. All we had was whole wheat spaghetti noodles and I should have never put the sauce in the microwave.

I was trying to surprise MS. Wacky. Got a bottle of wine and make her favorite meal, since she's been doing so well to get fit for the wedding. Instead, she gave me the most dissatisfied face I've ever seen.
