Guys, had some broccoli with velveeta in the fridge from last night's dinner. Threw in a cut up beef frank (100% all beef) and popped it all in the microwave for a couple of minutes. Yeah, that's right. It was delicious.

That was last night at around 1:30 tho, so no #lunchhack.

2 week old pulled pork from the freezer, coleslaw mix with a bit of the sauce, added cilantro and onions, topped with some cholula hotsauce.  Delicious.

today i had a sunflower crunch kale salad with a few wheat thins and some sabra crushed red pepper hummus.

my hack for the kale salad is that i eat it out of a tupperware container at work so i just dump everything in and shake it up instead of tossing it. total boss move.

Bit into a double stack that had everything on it and now I can't get the taste of pickles out of my mouth and I might cut my tongue off to make it stop #mylunchhackedme  :frown:

Ok yogurt fans, what's the deal with Greek Yogurt? What makes it better than regular yogurt?

Damn you chingon. I read the damn wiki and all I get out of it is that it's strained, thicker, and only has slow-digesting casein protein due to the straining. Apparently it has a few less carbs as well.

But what about the taste. That's what really matters. The Taste and mouthfeel!

Listen you vile piece of crap, haul your dumb fat ass to the nearest Dillion's or whatever and splurge on a single individual cup of some Greek yogurt.  It will cost you at most $2.00, do you think you can handle that much work and effort?  JFC it's not like it's that goddamn hard to figure out.

Greek yogurt is delicious but you should make sure to stir it up before you eat it (unless you got the "whips" kind in which case, make sure to not stir it up before you eat it). If you are paying $2.00 for 1 cup of yogurt you are getting ripped off.

You've got a real love-hate thing going on with this yogurt, man. But guess what, I'll prob pick some up next time I do head to the store. All this talk has got me excited for my next #lunchhack! I bet the possibilities are endless with yogurt, especially the greek kind, because it's better for cooking. Man that wiki is really coming in handy. Thanks Chingon!

i had a crazy busy morning. planned to go home for lunch but no time. had almonds, left over fruit & grain bar along with ninety five cents in my drawer. went to the work cafeteria and could only afford some yogurt. they don't take credit cards. this is the saddest meal i've ever had.  :frown:

Greek yogurt has like 12 g of protein per a cup.  i was told by a doctor I need to eat more protein and fiber and my poor eating habits will fix themself.  Unshockingly, my doctor was right.
