does DW have a post game?  I guess I envisioned him as a slightly taller Shane southwell.

lil wacky asked mom one time why racism existed. I said: "Mom, I don't get it. Puppies come in all different shapes and sizes and everyone loves puppies! What's the difference? It's so stupid!".  :gocho:

I love puppies. But I don't trust them.

Watched about a half of this game.

Good shooter. Plays on the perimeter a lot for a guys that's at least 6" taller than anyone else on the court. Played the middle of a 2-3 zone at the start of the game. Rebounding skills? Seems like he could be a good entry passer. Was guarding the other team's guard/ wing when in man to man.

I'm no scout.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

Did they say he's shooting over 50% beyond the arc? :surprised:

In the semis on Friday he showed the ability to finish with both hands around the basket. In one sequence he made back to back baskets using his left hand.

Again, very hard to assess since he was so much taller than everyone. It was really easy for him to catch the ball in the post and score over someone without a double team. His team was also good enough that if he was being doubled they would pass the ball to the open guy and score without going through DW.

In retrospect I wish his team sucked so they had to use him more.

Wasn't listening. I was watching a western on Netflix at the time. "Gunfight in Durango" great flick.

I love westerns. There are few things more relaxing. I could probably track an enemy (native or white man) undetected for days without being noticed. I could probably do it while watching Claws highlights on youtube.

I'd consider it just central Kansas.

Where is it?

About 20 mi. south of Great Bend. It's very much in Western KS.

If you divide the state in to two equal pieces St. Johns would fall in the western of the two. But, the debate really comes down to the mentality and lifestyle that is labeled as "western Kansas". No matter where St Johns is on the map, it is my humble opinion that it has the mentality and lifestyle expected from a western Kansas town.

So it is your opinion that Wichita is Western Kansas?

As a #EastofClubOrleans'r my general rule of thumb is:  if you would consider a pheasant hunting trip there, it's western Kansas.

I've always thought of Wichita as its own little bubble that can't be labeled.

I grew up in north central Kansas (almost straight north of St John). I think most people from the central part of the state divide the state into thirds. Western Kansas starts at a line that runs through Hays. JMHO.

Honestly, the mentality of a person from a rural central Kansas town can be much different from someone from a rural western Kansas town. Especially closer to Wichita.
