One time catzacker made a giant snow dick (complete with pine tree needles for pubes) in the front yard of our Fraternity house.  Later that night (real late like 1 am) some kappa sig dorks came over and knocked it down as retaliation for breaking some of their windows I guess and catzacker was so mad he ran outside in the snow in his boxers and tried to fight like five kappa sigs.  It was pretty funny

OK, I really don't know how to feel about this. If someone rapes me down the street from a restaurant, do I expect the restaurant to investigate the person because that person might frequent the restaurant and I might have to see them if I also go to that restaurant?

What if that person is in the restaurant's "frequent customer discount program"? What if that person was an employee of the restaurant? What if they were the employee of a brewery that provided beer to the restaurant?

I mean, I agree with you. I understand why some rape victims don't go to the police, but do we really expect other entities to investigate rape just because the justice system doesn't really provide justice for rape victims most of the time? Maybe fixing the issues within the already established justice system would be a better approach?

I mean, I agree with you. I agree.  Colleges should have policies to protect students just as a workplace would but should not be responsible for investigations/punishment in absence of the law.  What do companies do if an employee accused another of sexual assault outside of the workplace?

I think the school should have their hands off the investigation of both.  If the school wants to punish, it can do so based on the findings of court system/criminal investigation.
