« on: April 18, 2010, 09:08:43 PM »
looking for a home and home in late nov.  and a guarantee on jan 1.  presumably the rest of the schedule is set?

http://bti.sportshd.com/mens_schedule_board

there seem to be more attractive "guarantees needed" than i recall from past years.  it seems like it used to be all "guarantees offered".  bu again for the jan 1 would be kinda fun.

Could be good opportunities to email some of these people and waste their time.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

This. Looks like Craigslist missed an opportunity to host these listings.

I doubt they'd schedule Duke-KSU in the first round. We'll be the two highest ranked teams in the tournament. America wants to see a Top 10 sister school showdown for a trophy.

A little help  clarifying here. From the scheduling site.

"Kansas  is  Seeking a guarantee game for January 2. "

"K-State is offering a guarantee for a game on Jan 1, 2011."

Who is paying and who is getting paid. I assumed we would be paying but with the way some talk about next years recruiting class, I'm nervous we'll be the shitty ones asking for money to lose games

Xavier needs to start a High Major series on THE ROAD. Game would need to be in January or February 2011.

Good question.  I assume that they both mean the same thing, which is that both KSU and KU are looking for an opponent to play in Manhattan/Lawrence for a guaranteed paycheck with no return visit.

Thought this was a random for a blurb about Butler scheduling:

Quote
Memphis, Kansas State and Purdue are out as potential opponents.

If you have Outlook you can put any address in the "from" field.  Depending on the intelligence of their spam filters it may or may not get through.  To get a reply you'd have to put your real address in the From field as well, or in the CC: field and hope they do a "reply to all"
