Which do you think KC media would prefer — a scenario where KU and KSU are in the same league, or a scenario where KU is in a "better" league than KSU? They already treat KU better,  the second scenario would only legitimize that attitude. Any wonder then that Petro and Clinkscale are not in favor of the Big Tenwelve??

Yeah, the KU fans I know that actually go to the B12 tourny and travel to away games are for the resurrection.  Tshirt fans that hate KSU more than they love KU are against.

Smartest thing I've ever seen you say Beems... everyone sitting there salivating over Texas/USC and OU/Oregon (not to mention the match-ups of former powers now almost irrelevant that comes from Nebraska to the Big10) forgot to mention how truly awful it would be to watch Wazzu make the trip halfway across the country to get smashed by a former BigXII team, then make the trip all the way back. Just image the baseball/tennis/volleyball roadies it would create as well.

No premium.  We don't charge for complete bullshit, like the other KSU sites.  What I will tell you is that we are going to start a grass roots campaign to create the perception that NU was outfoxed by Deloss Dodds (which I happen to believe is actually true).

so basically by Nebraska and Colorado bolting K-State will........

1. get to stay in a premeir league
2. get more TV money (possibly even an equitable share from the base league deal)
3. not have to go to Lincoln ever again
4. have a more competitive and entertaining fb schedule
5. get to take 10 million a pop from NU and CU
6. makes it possibly much easier to recruit texas

I went to a hoops game in Lincoln.  We were 20 minutes late because the NU fans we went with (who graduated in Devaney) did not know how to get there.  Then we parked at the fairgrounds and watched the cats destroy Nu by 19 in a high school basketball gym.
