I get pretty juiced about a North division with BYU and WVU in it.

Just read that the BE upping their exit fee to $10MM is still contingent on Navy and Air Force joining as FB only members.  Louisville may be trying to do something to get the ball rolling before Navy and Air Force join.  Start to get out now and only pay $5MM.  If nothing outside the BE exists for them the BE would gladly take them back.

Yes.  But there must be a format whereby they play eachother every year.  

Seems like they'll only support Divisions if they can maximize Conference Championship appearances.  

Doesn't really matter though.  We'll probably only expand to 11 and take Notre Dame's other sports.
