TCU just shifts even more power to TX. Obviously, member schools have taken issue with said power strangle hold.

Conference decisions are made by simple majority. Unless we add some northern allies, TCU does nothing more than bolster UT and TX power in this conference.
TCU is perfectly acceptable if we expand to 12 and balance out the South power with two Northern schools (Louisville and BYU, for instance).
