True, but he's gone too far now. They all have. At some point, when you've pushed it this far to the brink, odds are someone's going to push the red button, and you need to have a fallout strategy.
We're a non-horrible fallout strategy because we're not God-awful in anything, our administration is good, and we won't make any sort of trouble for you. We also have a gigantic federal research facility plopping right onto our campus in the next few years with billions of research dollars flowing through and a number of private research firms getting ready to orbit said facility in Manhattan.
People really want to discount the fact that we're currently in the midst of dumping $80 million in facilities upgrades and totally write off our value. We're fiscally sound. We have a very aggressive and prudent strategy on the academic side to increase our research and overall standing.
I know everyone wants to be all down on our prospects because that's what we do here, but really, if you were looking at us, we're a value stock that's trending up. You can debate how much, but we are trending up.
