My first thought is if you're taking OSU & KSU, then you're also grabbing Tech and maybe Houston round out to 16. That's a solid eastern division that splits the state of Texas and Oklahoma with the SEC.

TCU likely gets left in the dark, and Baylor can go eff itself.

I’m 98% sure this whole thing Dave wanstedt crap is Greg swaim type wrong but I can at least envision a scenario where tech is working with the other Texas school and known huge emaw stud and current osu athletic director Chad Weinberg quietly worked with kstate to try and find a place.

It's literally every other or every 3rd post, and I'm not copying and pasting that much.

To summarize though, they're head and shoulders above all schools left and have just about punched their ticket to the big 10. Iowa State is likely to join them, but the big 10 may take KU without them anyways.

OSU and Tech are a distant 2nd/3rd.

TCU is in desperation mode.

KSU and Baylor are borderline dropping to D3.


Craziest part is that I'm not really exaggerating with any of that. It's what they're honestly saying.

Here's a taste

The Oklahoma State board thinks they are head and shoulders above any of the other seven. You know OSU that has a smaller TV market, not blue blood in football OR basketball, no med school, no AAU status.....

My cousin is going through a divorce from an OSU grad. And his false sense of himself is a big reason for their split.

I just think it is funny they think they are superior to the other seven.

I have been told several times by many solid sources that the likelihood of PAC expanding is very very slim.

That is probably why KSU is really wanting to add schools to the Big XII and get the other seven to commit. They know they aren't going any where.

Oh, and there are plans to completely redo the stadium now in the works... bowl game within 5 years.

My A+ sources are telling me that the PAC already invited us and we already thanked them for their generous offer and respectfully declined.

We've chosen to stay put for now. Good decision imo.

I would watch when we play Ohio State or Michigan in the big 10, but I just can't get excited about the rest of that league, and we probably would get stuck on in the losers division. Hopefully we have the foresight to turn their offer down.
