I don't think they will say specific teams today. I think they will agree to expand. I think they will agree to do it by two teams. And they will decide today. But that specific announcement won't be made today. Only the announcement to expand.

Very little can be said for sure. The only thing that is a virtual lock is that by the end of the week Boren will insist he wants the opposite of whatever is announced today.

my dream scenario is for the adoption of an 8 team playoff where conference champions from the p5 conferences automatically make it and then ou and texas leave but we are still grandfathered in as an auto bid and then every year people complain that a dumpy big12 school gets an automatic bid over a more qualified school like ohio st or something. tell me how great that sounds.
