Unless Mizzou has agreed with the SEC or internally to publicly declare that they have no interest in remaining in the Big 12 even if the south schools stay which then might initiate movement Seeing though how they thoroughly embarrassed themselves last year for the Big 10 it seems unlikely that they would fire the first shots (the fourth first shot) in the conference disbanding.
