yeah, reading the gipson quote, it sounded like he meant, "if we play like we did today, we'll lose by 27." either he misspoke or his quote was taken out of context or he was super frustrated following a terrible loss. i prefer college kids to speak their minds rather than to mindlessly repeat what has been coached into them by robot SIDs, so hopefully it's an authentic quote in proper context. not the end of the world either way.
also, i'm still curious if corbitt got the quote in a one-on-one interview or in a pool setting.
