Let's talk snow fences and their effectiveness at catching extra moisture in WKS.
Last fall my dad had his failed Milo crop bailed for feed and the bails stayed there until May when they planted corn on the field. My dad noticed that where snow had piled up around the Milo bales in the field his failed corn crop looked better/taller this year.
When I was out pheasant hunting last month I helped him install 2 shitty plastic netting TEMU snow fences that were maybe 100ft long in part of the field. It's basically nothing but now he is all in on the idea and just purchased some wood snow fences.
