In Kansas, Overland Park Police Chief Frank Donchez addressed concerns of officers waiting to stop people for cannabis once they cross the state line.

“We’re not looking to stop people for that," Donchez said. "I want to put everybody’s mind at ease and let them know that’s not our focus. Our focus has always been safety and making sure people are safe.”

All of this WEED talk made me think about something. Do KS cops have jurisdiction on all of state line road or just the southbound lane? Say there is a WEED shop on state line in ward parkway mall and you turn right out of it heading north, can the KS cops randomly pull you over? What if you notice its a PV cop and just turn right on a side street in MO and stop?
