Mountain bumpkins don't know how to update software

Apologies if this has been covered in another thread, but I'm finally getting around to reading up on the NCAA sanctions for WVU (mostly run of the mill illegal texting) and apparently the dumbfucks in compliance there didn't know how to click the update button on their software that tracks compliance rules/violations. It took the software company to update it for them. JFC guys.

So basically all those noobs had to do was go to Settings - Message Settings - Track NCAA Compliance and select Yes from the dropdown menu?

It would be genius to perpetuate the "we are a bunch of grimy, smelly bumpkins" then cheat like mad and claim ignorance about using those new fangled computing devices when you're caught. NCAA compliance officers might go easy on them considering "they're just simpleton mountain folk in need of dentistry and our help".

It's somewhat believable that state employees in WV wouldn't know how to update software.
