Most MHK apartments run on a 6/1 to 5/31 cycle.

It certainly doesn't appear to be worth $600 a month.

OK.  I'm just an actor, but if I was writing that craigslist ad, I'd make the availability date consistent and correct, or plainly state that the lease can commence anytime between 5/1 and 6/1 if that's what the case is.

Anyplace in MHK is walking distance to Aggieville if you are hammered enough.
