The Cats have a choice. They can get their crap together and play with pride and hustle and have a respectable season that might find us peaking at the end and winning the Big 12 tournament and a cheap big dance ticket. With the hope of a good next year. Or we can just flush and let everything spiral into a whirlwind of crap that will hurt this program for years as we return to Wooly World where games are atttended by 7,000 fans.

I know you were just throwing out a number but I'm going to lower the boom anyway..

Asbury and Wooly would sometimes get 4,500 people to show up, and I'm guessing their average attendance was around 5k....Conference games would put 8k depending on opponent... and the KU game would be solid red and blue behind the nets and a near sell out.

I can't speak for asbury, but more than 4500 people would go to our annual exhibition game against the EA Sports All Stars under Wooly, so I'm guessing your estimates are about 3000 low on all accounts.

What I don't want to see is a blah, win-or-lose, we clearly suck and are going nowhere game. Either magically have become good, or lose spectacularly with in-fighting drama and absurd exbruces.
