The top five of the Big Twelve and SEC are definitely better but the PAC is maybe the best top to bottom.

I can't believe Nebraska didn't hire Scott Frost. Maybe they just hired Riley to bridge the gap between now and when Frost proves himself as head coach of a smaller school like CSU?
