It'll help rest our most likely banged up signal caller through to the playoff, but that is quite the gauntlet in October. TCU, OU, UT, and Baylor could be a four game stretch all against ranked opponents.

We'll have no meat at the end of our schedule for the playoffs.  :frown:

Wish we had a returning QB next year, because this schedule is so front-loaded.
That said, for a playoff run, I think we are better off having easier games at the end; we don't have the depth of other teams.

I really hope OSU doesn't make a bowl game, now, because that could affect the type of team they have at the beginning of October next year.

I would predict 7-5 next year no matter the schedule next year.

Be honest. Do WVU fans expect WVU's 2015 team to be better or worse than their 2014 team?

Depending on QB development(big surprise here), both are legit points of view. The best hair in college football is done after this year, and potential replacements are just that... potential. It's fun to be a WVU fan, but damn, it's difficult sometimes. It doesn't matter what happens in the offseason, WVU fans are perennial optimists in August. Don't ask about October...

It's been down in the low teens all week here, I was born ready!

One of my favorite things about the Big XII these days is that we get to play games in December pretty much every year. In the old days our last game was often the week BEFORE Thanksgiving and then sit around and wait for a bowl game unless you make the championship game. Now its like, "Hey its November but that's ok because we have 4 games in November and 1 in December."

I would really like a day with basketball and football in Manhattan on the same day. Those are so fun. I'm not talking a Friday night or a Sunday game on a football weekend, I'm talking a 1 PM tip before a 7 PM kickoff on a Saturday either 11/21 or 12/5. We'll get 2 wins. We'll beat William AND Mary.

That schedule is cake. If we don't go at least 10-2 with that crap, we suck ass.

Jk, but really.

I can't make it to 7 home games, but I can make it to 2 or 3. So AD John Currie please do me a solid and let me see the hoops Cats and Football Cats in 1 day.

yeah, that was an amazing day.  I would even settle for an exhibition with FHSU or the 'bods or whomever for the basketball game.

No you wouldn't because in my scenario its 11/21 or 12/5 which is prime non-con hoops season. I want like a solid mid major. Someone who made the tourney recently but we can still whoop them. Like, I dunno UAB or something like that.

I like how all of our tough games are early, so Hubes should still be somewhat fresh for them, and we can still beat those puds at the end of the year with Ertz taking snaps and playing the role of battering ram #2.

Guys I hope we sweep the ALCS again next year so we're not distracted on Saturdays. The OU game win between ALCS and WS worked out very nicely.

I'm hopeful Delton is ready for Hubes concusio-duty.
