trying to follow your timeline here. was your "brand new modem" in place before the "no issues until the past week or so"?
A lot of people are selling Tobias' "it was all good just a week ago" short. Smh.
Is it possible it is over capacity? I have a roku box, two laptops, two cellphones, two tablets running off of one modem/router. Is that excessive? I mean obviously not all of them are going at once, but 3-5 are at peak hours.
