guac pro tip- leave the pits in. helps prevent spoilage

Also, don't put any salt in it. (not that you would, but some people do)

are we talking about lunch and dinner leaving it, or dinner then dinner type of days?  single day 2 meal guac is acceptable in my book, over 24 hours tho is pushing it

as weird as this sounds it actually does help a lot

Can confirm the pits help, not sure how or why but who cares.

Guac freshness pro tip #2:  put a little squeeze of lime juice in your batch of guac.

To become a guac pro:
1. Find the nearest On the Border Mexican Grill and Cantina.
2. Order the Guacamole Live® made fresh to order tableside appetizer.
3. Blatantly copy all ingredients/preparation.
4. Profit.

I once had a wichita resident tell me that Kansas City does not have a single restaurant better then his favorite Mexican place in wichita called "on the border".

What the eff... I mean, do I need to rinse my chips off before I dip them or can I just dust them off against my pants or something first?

No salt in the guac.  That's rich.
