That's what they should do to mix it up when they are not quadruple covering Lockett.  Blitz Everyone except maybe 2, which you leave on Lockett.

And Jones runs and Water runs etc. So 99% of DCs in the country will stay "sound" with their scheme and defend the entire offense. Its why it works.
