how was the dong reduction surgery?

I hope the recovery is the only "short" part!  (Obviously he just wanted to go from too long of a dong to a just right dong.  No one really wants dong reduction surgery to give them a short dong).

I'm just going to come out and say it, my dong just wasn't proportional to the rest of my body. It was giving me severe spine and neck issues.
