guys, my elbow.. i threw it out in softball a few years back.  :angry: sometimes i throw it out again  :frown:

i'm putting icey-hot on it. and icing it. what else can i do to keep it in tip top shape??

the biggest thing i can recommend for a sore elbow/shoulder is quit being a pussy and just throw through it  :dunno:

i am. i just lose my grip and my hand shakes really bad when i really throw it out. i'm trying to avoid that

Are you allowed to blitz on Defense?

My favorite defense to run in intramural flag football was to have the corners play man to man on the outside recievers. 1 safety  deep, 3 guys playing underneath zone and one guy rushing.

It would usually take until the second half before they figured it out!

Also on offense, can the QB run? If so just put your most athletic person back there.

Good play for offense is 4 wide, 2 on each side, outside guys run ins, inside guys run outs....similar to a pick play. Once you burn them a couple times with a 10-15 yard out you switch it up, call the out and UP, shimmy a little pump fake to get the corner, then work on your touchdown dance  :billdance:

Hook and ladder is always great at least once a game if they are playing off the WR's. Short 5 yard curl to the inside WR, RB comes FLYING out of the backfield to take the pitch TO THE HOUSE!


Quick variation of this(Still out of 4 wide) is to have the inside guys both runs quick slants, pass that ball ASAP and the guy who catches it quick pitches it to the other guy running the slant, key is spacing to make sure the guy receiving the pitch is "inside/underneath" the person catching it at the right time, may want to try it out in practice first.
