THERE'S WATERS IN THEM THAR HILLS

Waters surprises with 400+ passing yards and three TDs, adds two rushing TDs, as Cats maul War Eagle 38-20.

THERE'S A NEW MARSHALL IN TOWN

Auburn's Nick Marshall does more drugs, suspended once again. Tigers will come into the Little Apple with a new starting QB.

NO CALMING THESE WATERS

K-STATE QUARTERBACK GOES OFF FOR 300 YARDS, 3 TOUCHDOWN PASSES, RUNS FOR 2 MORE IN 45-21 UPSET OF AUBURN

I know for the AU faithful this seems like just wishful thinking, but you might want to check and see what the headline in the Morgantown WV paper were   on the morning of Sunday October 18, 2012, when the Mountaineers were favored by 3-6 points with a 73.5 pt O/U and a predicted score of WVU 38 - KSU 28 when they hosted the Wildcats in a game the evening before (hint the final score in that game was KSU 55 - WVU 14!)

LOCKETT AND LOADED

K-State shows its depth in a 41-28 thumping of #5 Auburn and solidifies its spot as a playoff contender.

JUSTIFIED!
Jake Waters throws for 550 yards, 3 TD's in a 21-6 blowout victory against Auburn. Nick Marshall wishes he went to K-State.

Would be pretty disappointing having that much offence and that little scoring

TIGERS 3-0 AFTER SKINNING WILDCATS 54-6

The Auburn Tigers shutout the KSU Wildcats for three quarters and then allowed two field goals late in the fourth quarter after the Tigers sent in the 3's and 4's. Our sources report that KSU QB Waters will recover fully and may play again later in the season. Montravius Adams is quoted, "Man, I didn't mean to hurt that guy. A slow little fella like that might be able to run ok in CUSA or the Big 12, but he needs to learn how to slide if he is playin' the SEC. I am glad he is going to be ok, I mean I heard him crunch so I was afraid for him."

Awe.....Burnt

Snyder apologizes after game for last minute touchdown when leading 41-10.
Fifteen minutes later, when the Kansas locker room opened its doors to the media, the Jayhawks were still crying. Literally, bawling. All of them. I've never seen anything like it, and I've seen devastated college locker rooms -- after losses in the Final Four, the national championship game -- ever
