Gibson's is where the wedding rehearsal was at a few weeks ago. It was pretty good.

I had tuna patties.

Mix saltines, egg, can of tuna, and spices (salt, pepper, cayenne). Cook in skillet, brown cheese on the outside of the patty reverse grilled cheese style.
