My dinner plans are still up in the air. I'm quite anxious to put the question to rest.

Chili tonight. I always put it in the bowl and then wait a while for it to cool down. My wife mocks me for this wimpy behavior.
I've already given myself first degree burn to the roof of my mouth just sampling mine  :curse:

Pizza. Will also burn the top of my mouth. I'm at least 65% in doing this on first bite. Can't help myself.

Having to plan and make dinner each night after working all day gets exhausting after awhile.  Any tips to "spice" up the kitchen?

Make one or two things sunday that are delish reheated.   Take them for lunch and have a dinner from it too.

Also, just getting over yourself and quit being lazy is another good way.

Chicken Curry and naan. Was spicier than both of my nuts combined but I love it.
