monday- sheppard's pie
tuesday- lasagna
wed- lasagna
thursday- pizza and pancakes (asked son of kk what he wanted for dinner and he said pizza and pancakes so we went with it)
friday- oxtail, red beans and rice

Having to plan and make dinner each night after working all day gets exhausting after awhile. Any tips to "spice" up the kitchen?

Make one or two things sunday that are delish reheated. Take them for lunch and have a dinner from it too.

Also, just getting over yourself and quit being lazy is another good way.

Chicken Curry and naan. Was spicier than both of my nuts combined but I love it.
