I like the IDEA of sea lions and the IDEA of a sea lion show, but that display needs some underwater viewing or something. V pud

Into the main entrance, see the otters and penguins, head South to Africa.

All non-Africa exhibits (other than the penguins) are kind of boring.

Polar bears

If you could add an exhibit, where what would you choose?

My list:
Panda
Kodiak Grizzly Bear
Dolphins

Is it ridiculous to expect that we should at least have the option to ride an elephant or rhino or zebra? Camel is the only rideable animal they have and I think they could do more. Imagine a giraffe ride.

MOAR BEARS!  Also, btw, a fantastic kids book.

I would dig dolphins as well.

Koala would be cool, too.

I haven't been to the zoo in forever, but lately I've been thinking it might make a good date.

Pro-Tip: do not go on a Saturday if you wanna do this date plan. Its really crowded. Its a zoo on Saturdays.

Thanks for the tip. Definitely don't wanna have to navigate through a bunch of kids monkeying around.

Guys, the kc zoo is baller.  Hit polar bears first, Africa next(counter clockwise), then if there is time go to the orangutans over by Australia.

yup kc zoo is so baller that tier 3 city omaha has a better one

LOOK AT THAT GIRAFFE

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

New warning: Don't get in a fight with someone who doesn't even need to bother to buy ink.

Every time I go, they're sleeping or something, because I stare around the whole thing like an idiot and don't see them.

My wife and I went to the San Diego zoo together before we had kids, and it was great.

Best people watching is at the train depot. Its always awesome to see which full grown grown ups pay for a teeny tiny train ride when they have no kids.
