In all fairness, his video was underwhelming to say the least.

But it's hard to argue with a Gus offer.  That one year he was at ASU, we were going at the same players like nobody's business.

I think Jones benefits quite a bit from more experienced QB and OL play, but I think he'll have a better career than Hubert.

Just me, but I want to see him get in an actual foot race before saying he doesn't have real speed.  Break away from the line and out run someone, I haven't seen him get the chance to show that yet, on a return or out of the backfield.

Also, "The Throw" versus Auburn will be epic...

Re: the Wildcat.

Bill wants to create an extra blocker at the point of attack, so he runs his QB. We know this. So whenever Charles lines up back there and slams his body into a mass of humanity for the good of EMAW, it's one more play that Jake doesn't have to. Given Jake's slight build and our QB depth, I emphatically endorse this course of action.
