We need multiple top 10 Big XII teams. Baylor being top 5 is good for our chances to get to the playoff. JMHO. Go Bears.

Like, the best would be if us, OU, Baylor, and TCU went undefeated against Texas, WVU, KU, ISU, OSU, and Tech. We'd have 4 really highly ranked teams in December. Who cares if Tech or OSU miss a bowl game

It wouldn't hurt but we really don't need them to be top 10. In the BCS era, only once or arguably twice would a one loss power conference championship not gotten into the playoff.

If we win out, we will be in the playoff. If we drop a game, we will still be playing for the conference.
