Seems like all Perry did was what I would expect of a politician...

That DA should resign.

Was a big story around here.  I'm surprised she managed to keep her job. Her alcoholism likely saved her.

question Dax, at what point does this not become a political prosecution for you?  I mean if all the people on the grand jury were registered Rs?  Does Ricky have to shutdown more than one agency charged with keeping public confidence? Or is it impossible because the DA is a dem?

This indictment is pretty hilarious. I'm not sure what the political calculation here was - it actually makes Rick Perry look better, not worse. Wendy Davis has to be pissed right now, if she's not busy still filibustering in favor of late-term abortion.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Holy crap, I actually agree with K-S-U-Wildcats! on something, I never thought this day would come. I don't think in makes Perry look better, but Wendy Davis, woof. What a clown she is, you're better than this, Travis County.

if you've known the state of the democratic party since the shift away from the solid south then you'd know that no, we aren't.
