Ever been to East Texas? (see the little you are here star on the SFA helmet)

3rd largest lumber producer in the United States.

But if you're more comfortable with this...

You're proud of being a major contributor to global warming. Just disgusting.

After our game with them last season, we are still trying to figure out how they did that??????

Their defense was pretty much non-existent.

McNeese 72, former SFA head coach JC Harper had said that he challenged the team to go out and win one.

Also our DC at the time, Coach Gibbs didn't believe in the blitz, as it inconvenienced the opponent's QB too much.

The people I have met from Kansas are super nice.

Texas can't be all that bad as it seems everyone and their dog are moving here. Must be the jobs, $9 billion state surplus, no state income tax, and low business regulation.

I know one person from Kansas who loves it down here.

Twitted out yesterday...

"Walking the neighborhood on this beautiful East Texas morning"
Brad Underwood

You know he turned down more money from Marshall and Southern Mississippi to stay in Nac?

There is not a scale high enough to measure the pride I have for my state. My wife and I just had a son (he's 8 months now) and he's 7th generation Texan.

Why on earth would anyone willingly move to West Virginia or Mississippi?  :jerk:

Stephen Austin must've been a pretentious ass if he forced people to pronounce the middle initial in his name.

Couldn't get accepted into a school of forestry prestigious enough to teach you which side of the saw to use?

Had a real life interaction with about a dozen folks from Nacogdoches a couple of weeks ago...about half of them were SFA alums.  I tried to engage them in a little smack talk regarding our upcoming season opener on the gridiron, and the fact that we enjoy seeing their b-ball team perform well because we might want to steal Brad Underwood back some day.  Not a single one of them knew that they were playing us in football or who Brad Underwood is, and I'm not gEing here. :frown:
